The sizes you should be looking for, depending on your space, should likely be in the range of 50" - 90". Anything over 90" is likely going to be larger than you need.

Don't worry too much about it! Almost all furniture retailers have fair return policies, as long as the merchandise can be returned right away in new/unused condition. So, if you notice that your new sofa is a bit too large (or too small) contact the retailer right away to talk about making an exchange or return!

There are a few big holiday periods for furniture that shouldn't be overlooked but most retailers in 2025 are having great sales all the time because business has been a bit slow in the past few years. That being said, definitely look for a great sale event. It could be one of the big holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, or Black Friday, or it could simply be a great sale event happening at any other time of the year. There are fantastic deals to be had all over these days!
