Key Takeaways
- Burrow’s modular design makes it one of the most flexible couch brands, allowing customers to expand and reconfigure their sofa as needed.
- Shipping is free via FedEx, but lead times can be long, with some products taking 4 to 10 weeks to arrive.
- Returns are allowed within 30 days, but a 10-20% restocking fee applies, depending on whether the original packaging is included.
- Assembly is required but uses a patented interlocking system, making it easier than traditional furniture—though some customers find it more challenging than advertised.
- Customization includes fabric, leg styles, arm styles, and back tufting options, but the overall fabric selection is limited compared to other brands.
- Burrow’s couches are made with olefin, contract-grade polyester, and responsibly sourced wood, but transparency on cushion density and support systems could be improved.
- Customer service is text and email-based only, which can make issue resolution slower than brands that offer phone support.
- Sustainability is a core focus, with upcycled materials, low-VOC finishes, and responsible forest sourcing, though no major third-party certifications are listed.
